Our Cultural Connections Employee Resource Group (ERG) Mission Statement is dedicated to taking our colleagues on a journey in exploring, understanding and advancing the cultural differences that help to shape our workforce and perspectives.  The mission of the group is to cultivate a culture of inclusivity and allyship throughout Perficient around the globe. It’s a group that celebrates multiculturalism, including all ethnicities and genders.

With a global team of 7,500 colleagues, our company culture consistently attracts and retains incredible talent.
