In Germany, Mitsubishi continues to grow significantly better than the overall market: The Japanese brand registered a total of 46,347 new registrations in 2020. After six years of progress, this means a drop of 14.4% compared to 2019. But, Mitsubishi sold cars far better than the overall German passenger car market.
The Mitsubishi Space Star had 21,103 new registrations. The Mitsubishi Outlander Plug-in Hybrid had 8,148 new registrations, and the new Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross PHEV had 6,838 units.
