Training and Recruitment Services

We are launching a brand new service, a free recruitment service for digital marketing roles, a part of a wider scheme to help close the digital skills gap by training individuals who want to break into the industry, switch careers, or develop their current workplace. Anicca Academy offers a free placement service for graduates of our professional digital marketing qualifications. The projects are funded by Government grants aimed at plugging the national digital skills gap, so learners fall into two categories:

  • Unemployed and looking to learn a new skill
  • Looking for a career change in marketing

With over 15 years of experience as a digital agency, Anicca Digital has delivered award-winning training and DMI courses for leading brands across the UK, now looking to help new talent enter the digital marketing industry.

For Employers

Anicca Academy is looking to partner with businesses that are looking to recruit trainees, interns, or other entry-level roles in marketing in the next 6 months. The candidates looking for employment opportunities are graduates of the Level 5 Qualification in Digital Marketing, taught by Anicca Academy.  As this project is funded through Government grants, some of the learners are entitled to the training for free. As a part of the project, Anicca Academy recruits unemployed learners who complete the course and interview for a role in marketing. Therefore, we can offer several candidates for any marketing position you may want to advertise.

Once you have signed up for the service, Anicca will begin sending the details of the current learners; a mixture of trainees, university graduates and people looking for a career switch, often with invaluable transferable skills and experience in other fields.

This candidate recruitment service is completely free, with no fixed-term obligation.

Please contact Employment Liaison and Outreach Officer, Salema Khatun to find out more information.

For Jobseekers on the course

This recruitment service is a great way to promote yourself to potential employers.  Anicca will send your CV and other information to employers, from here the employers will see if you are a good fit for the role, and you might be invited to an interview!  If you are a current learner or graduate from our Level 5 course and would like to be included in this candidate recruitment service, please contact our Employment Liaison and Outreach Officer, Salema Khatun.

Data integration solutions from Digital Science

Digital Science offers several solutions to help clients integrate their data across different platforms. This is shown in the diagram below, where the white arrows are the movement of data between platforms owned by the client, as well as third-party tools for tracking and ad platforms.

Integrating data across multiple platforms to automate or optimise digital channels

There are several ways you can use data from your website, CRM (customer relationship management)or retail systems to import or consolidate with Analytics and the ad platforms to automate and optimise your ad campaigns:

Customer data integrations (importing and consolidation between software/systems):

By using various methods to identify individual users at the point of creating a lead and linking this data with analytics or advertising platforms, as well as sales data from the CRM system or other offline systems, it is possible to understand the full customer journey across online and offline interactions.

  • Retargeting: You can use data from your CRM system to create retargeting campaigns that target users who have previously engaged with your brand. For example, you could create an ad campaign that targets users who have visited your website but have not made a purchase.

  • Audience segmentation and creation of custom audiences: You can use data from your CRM system to segment your audience based on factors such as demographics, purchase history, and behaviour. This allows you to tailor your ad campaigns to specific segments of your audience, which can increase the relevance and effectiveness of your ads.

  • Personalization: You can use data from your CRM system to personalise your ads to individual users. This can be done through the use of dynamic content, which allows you to customise your ads based on specific user data.

  • Optimization: You can use data from your ad platform to optimise your ad campaigns in real-time. This might include adjusting your bids, targeting, or ad creative based on performance data.

  • Automation: You can use data from your CRM system and ad platform to automate certain aspects of your ad campaigns. For example, you could set up automated email campaigns based on user behaviour or create automated ad campaigns that target specific segments of your audience.
